I am choosing to participate in Glitzy Glam’s Market Days at my own risk. Glitzy Glam does not accept liability or responsibility regarding merchandise or personal injury for this event. I further understand that I am responsible for my State Tax Permit if the State Comptroller’s Office requests it. Glitzy Glam reserves the right to refuse any vendor for any reason at its own discretion. Cost per vendor will be $25 commitment. October 5, 2019 November 2, 2019 December 7, 2019

Glitzy Glam Market Days Rules Facilities:
Booth space 8 foot. Tables can be renter
Time: Market Days is open to the public from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Set up is Friday night after 5 pm. Tear down may begin at 3 p.m. All tables must be cleared by 4 p.m.
Registration: $25. Register and pay 2 weeks before Market Day. NO Credit Cards. Late Registration: $50.
Sales Tax Permit: State Sales Tax Permit required for booth registration each Market Day. Vendor: Vendors must be 18 years old, or accompanied by an adult.
No children under 8 years old allowed in booths.
No space may be shared or sublet without previous approval.
Rentals: Tables $6.00 (in advance) Rentals (On Site) Payment: Tables $12.00 (on-site) If paying with cash, no bills larger than $20. (Correct change appreciated.) Refunds: Fee may be refunded with 2 week cancellation notice. Park in designated parking lots.
Special Needs: Wheelchair bound vendors must contact us for special needs.
Booth Spaces: All merchandise must be kept inside 8′ booth space.
